Privacy

We store roster assignments, equipment pairings, and basic login details necessary to run AUMB Lights. No payment data or personal identifiers beyond what the band already keeps on file are collected.

Data is used only to operate rehearsals and performances, keep inventory accurate, and audit changes. We do not sell or share this information outside authorized Auburn University Marching Band staff.

Access is role-based, traffic is encrypted, and activity is logged. Report suspicious activity so we can respond quickly.
