Acceptable use

• Use AUMB Lights only for official band logistics and only while logged in with your own account.
• Keep roster, drill, and inventory data inside the program. Do not copy it to personal services or share outside approved staff.
• Report lost devices, suspicious logins, or data mistakes immediately so we can correct them.
